Psychotherapy provides a safe, supportive, and confidential space to explore thoughts, emotions, behaviours, and life experiences. As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), I work collaboratively with adults experiencing challenges related to trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and emotional regulation.
My approach is trauma-informed, client-centred, and tailored to each individual’s unique needs and goals. I integrate evidence-based modalities including Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed approaches, Polyvagal-informed interventions, and mindfulness-based practices.
Together, we will work to foster healing, build resilience, strengthen coping skills, and support meaningful and lasting change.
